    1. The complaint will be reviewed against our policy along with our billing processors policies.
    2. All complaints will be acknowledged, reviewed and resolved withing seven(7) business day.
    3. Camilly Entertainment administrative staff will go over the complaints, and in accordance with the Terms and conditions decide the validity of the complaint. After the decision has been made, the user may appeal the decision within the next 24 hour.
    4. When the decision is made, according to the decision itself, any infringing, illegal, abusive or otherwise inappropriate content will be removed and the uploader of the content will be emailed a warning.
